Our online Sales Academy offers 150+ modules in 15 languages, enhanced by AI powered coaching and sales enablement tools, and we partner with academic institutions such as NEOMA Business School to co develop top ranked programs. We engage with clients across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC and host events and thought leadership initiatives that help shape high performing sales teams worldwide.

2) Scope

  • All online properties operated by Halifax, including the Sales Academy, coaching tools, and enablement platforms, as well as in person or virtual events and communications.

  • We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

For enterprise deployments, Halifax typically acts as a processor for client personnel data processed under the client’s instructions and the master services agreement/data processing addendum. Clients are responsible for providing appropriate notices to their personnel and for configuring privacy choices consistent with applicable laws.

Our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
